Job Description
As a Survey Programmer, you will be responsible for scripting, administering, and maintaining market research surveys and projects. Your primary role will involve:
  • Setting up cross-tables for the purpose of monitoring survey completion.
  • Exporting survey data, survey data cleaning, and format-specific data preparation.
  • Executing administrative tasks related to insight community administration and community member management.
  • Supporting Research and Account Directors in fostering strong relationships with clients through providing technical training and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognised post-matric qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in a Market Research role which includes survey scripting, survey deployment, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of research and scripting platforms such as Alida, Maru, Alchemer, Survey Monkey, Dooblo, or other proprietary Market Research survey software.
  • CSS or HTML experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically MS Teams, MS Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
