Job Title: Spa Therapist

At Oubaai Hotel Golf and Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy, body treatments, and aesthetic services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional massage therapy, body treatments, and facials to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain current and competitive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  • Meet sales targets and promote additional services and products effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a qualified beauty therapist and/or massage therapist, with a minimum of 1 year's experience.
  • Recognized certification or diploma in beauty therapy and/or massage therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatments and provide advice clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
