Overview

Time Personnel seeks a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content and marketing materials.
  • Develop long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Work with Distributor teams to establish next year's brand plans and execute quarterly plans to drive brand performance.
  • Drive project planning processes and ensure timely execution.
  • Review and pre-approve press releases and social media content calendars.
  • Provide local teams with tools and executions to drive commercial and brand equity results.
  • Execute events and activations while ensuring brand cohesion and consistency.
  • Analyze marketing results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate competitive activity and performance in the market place.
  • Promote initiatives for smaller brands to improve long-term performance.
  • Handle platform queries and support day-to-day marketing topics.
  • Ensure distributor presentations and reports meet company standards.
  • Develop market visit agendas and manage logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the luxury/luxury industry (sales, marketing, business development).
  • Solutions-driven, collaborative attitude, and ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Salary: R850,000 - R1,050,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
