We're looking for a talented Strategic Programmes Director to join our team at IQbusiness South Africa. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading complex strategic programmes and driving business success.

About You

You'll have a proven track record in programme management, with expertise in Agile methodologies, resource and vendor management, and AML within financial services. Your strong leadership skills, paired with your ability to think strategically, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading intricate, strategic programmes from development to execution
  • Developing business cases and overseeing the implementation of programme plans
  • Interacting with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Utilising strategic management techniques to drive business growth and profitability

You'll also be responsible for managing projects, finances, and risks, as well as leading a team to innovate and govern effectively. If you thrive on strategic thinking and leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
