The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager with pre-owned vehicles and considerable experience in vehicle sales. They should also have experience working in a corporate branded dealership like VW, Suzuki, or Mazda and a track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales and marketing of the used vehicle sales department
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
  • Motivating and training sales staff
  • Reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as Vehicle Sales Manager with pre-owned vehicles
