German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German speaking Customer Support Consultant to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German speaking hoteliers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide telephonic and ticket support to clients on utilizing our software
- Ensure customer service levels are maintained at a high standard
- Work closely with our Implementations Team to ensure a seamless transition of client accounts to support
- Train hoteliers in using software to their best advantage on all possible touch points
- Ensure required KPIs and contact points are maintained at the required daily level, including maintaining customer support SLAs
- Proactively call hoteliers to convince them of the added value of our additional paid features
- Collaborate with our other teams, specifically your German teammates, in a fun and productive manner
- Occasionally assist in creating video and written content to teach our hoteliers in all possible topics so they can use the software in the most self-sufficient way
- Speaks German on a native level
- Experience providing customer support in a technical environment
- Hotel (front-desk/reservations) or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Motivated to work in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritization abilities
- Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with clients on different levels
- Self-motivated and able to deliver under pressure
