Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Director in East London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Director, including managing their diary, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing presentations and reports.
  • Assist with office administration, including responding to correspondence, managing files, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure the Director's office is well-organized and equipped with necessary resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
