Director of Project Management and Design

As a key leader within E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD, the Director of Project Management and Design will be responsible for overseeing and driving our property development projects. This role involves strategic planning, team management, budgeting, and ensuring design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for project management and design, aligning with the business goals.
  • Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence in project execution.
  • Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, and surveyors, and foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth within the team.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage cost control measures, implementing effective financial management practices.
  • Design Excellence and Compliance: Ensure design integrity, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations, collaborating with architects and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and design within the property development sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and project management software.
