Employee Relations Specialist: Driving Organisational Success

At the Special Investigating Unit, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing Employee Relations strategies that align with organisational needs and providing expert consultative services across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies that drive business success and improve employee engagement.
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build constructive and collaborative relationships.
- Manage employee wellness initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
- Mature Matric (NQF4) and 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field.
- B Degree or National Diploma in Employee Relations/Labour Law (NQF Level 6/7).
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage conflict effectively.
- Technical skills in policy conceptualisation, stakeholder management, and project management.
This position requires extensive travelling and working under pressure to meet deadlines. The successful candidate must be a team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary Information:The salary range for this position is R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
