Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of our team members.
  2. Conducting thorough needs assessments to pinpoint areas where additional training is required.
  3. Cultivating partnerships with relevant organizations to access cutting-edge learning materials and methodologies.
  4. Promoting a collaborative learning environment, facilitating seamless communication between trainers and trainees.
  5. Implementing strategies to optimize the effectiveness of training initiatives, guaranteeing measurable improvements in employee performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Matric certification combined with a relevant Technical Qualification or Diploma.
  2. No less than 3 years of hands-on experience in process operator training facilitation.
  3. A background in Corrugating Supervision, Process Operations, or Artisanal work would be advantageous.
  4. Demonstrable competence in instructional design, coaching, and facilitation techniques.
