Eligibility Criteria
- Matric certification combined with a relevant Technical Qualification or Diploma.
- No less than 3 years of hands-on experience in process operator training facilitation.
- A background in Corrugating Supervision, Process Operations, or Artisanal work would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable competence in instructional design, coaching, and facilitation techniques.
