About the Role:

HR Genie is seeking a highly skilled Grants Administrator to enhance our grant-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance grant-making processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and financial requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on grant-making activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure successful grant implementation.
  • Coordinate with potential grantees to ensure smooth application processes.
  • Manage the application process to ensure timely and accurate decisions.
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Programs Implementation and the Monitoring & Evaluation Head on grant-funded initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.
