As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing Section 37C related activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all Section 37C related activities, including death claim processing, death-related enquiries, and complaints.
- Liaise with members, beneficiaries, employers, and stakeholders to obtain and clarify details regarding claims.
- Quality assure and review death claim documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Prepare investigation reports and present findings to the Trustees for verification and approval.
- Provide regular reports on death cases and statistics to the Trustees.
- Process payments of death benefits within agreed service levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry requirements and legislation.
- Perform quality assurance based on specialized requirements of the role.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver on service level agreements and meet production standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
