About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Event Assessing Coordinator to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within our dynamic team. In this 12-month contract role, you will be responsible for managing assessing workflows, providing essential support to Assessors, Repairers, and Customers, and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Your key areas of focus will include analyzing assessing data to inform business decisions, collaborating with leaders to report on Assessor SLA performance, and contributing to the overall success of claims handling during events. You will also lead by example during events, collaborating with teams to activate assessing response plans and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 Years Experience: Proven track record in customer service or leadership roles, with a solid understanding of the general insurance industry and claims processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, Repairers, Assessors, and Building Coordinators.
  • Analytical Mindset: Identify opportunities for process improvements, share insights with leadership and peers, and support ongoing learning and development.
