Job Description

The Administrative Support for HR Functions role at Dante Group Pty Ltd involves providing expert administrative assistance to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the HR Manager in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Managing employee data, records, and personnel files, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Holding a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
