Job Overview:

This is a full-time, in-person role reporting directly to the Managing Director. Key responsibilities include financial administration and bookkeeping, administrative assistance, digital and social media management, and project coordination.

Financial Administration and Bookkeeping:

  • Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and job cards for clients.
  • Load and process payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support to coordinate digital marketing projects and tasks.
  • Act as the secondary point of contact between Deploy Brand Management and clients.
  • Manage bookings and schedules for the company and clients.

Digital and Social Media Management:

  • Manage Google profiles for all clients.
  • Compile and assist with designs on pre-designed Canva presentations.
  • Organize and maintain databases of client information for effective communication.

Team Coordination:

  • Ensure efficient time management by coordinating team tasks.
  • Gather necessary information to streamline the team's workflow.

Requirements:

  • University Degree or post-matric academic qualification.
  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
