Financial Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**
At Accounting Services, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our team in completing projects and providing administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have a relevant finance diploma or degree, with one to two years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Pastel, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines are essential.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide administrative support to the finance team by performing tasks such as data collection, report creation, and research
• Assist in the conceptualization of business plans and the verification of BEE compliance
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and meet project deadlines
• Demonstrate high competence in using Microsoft Office tools and Pastel
**Requirements**
• Relevant finance diploma or degree

• Strong organizational and time management skills
