  • Ensuring site cleanliness during maintenance tasks.
  • Reconciliation of expenses related to jobs.
  • Accurate completion, signing, and stamping of job cards and delivery notes.
  • Decision-making on site regarding unit service or maintenance.
  • Supervision of junior staff members.
  • Vehicle maintenance and planning.
  • Safety of staff and products while driving and parked.
  • Secure storage of tools.
  • Technical assistance and support to service partners and assistant technicians.
  • Assistance with monthly stock takes.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Test (Commercial) certification.
  • Safe Handling & Gas Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience working in air-conditioning or refrigeration servicing.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
