We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Partnerships Specialist to join our team at CA Global Headhunters. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our mission to create large-scale impact.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for identifying high-impact funding opportunities and developing a clear plan to address them.
- You will create compelling donor engagement materials and craft persuasive proposals to secure support.
- You will implement effective horizon scanning and monitor grant opportunities to identify timely funding prospects.
- You will work closely with partners to integrate our software into their fundraising applications and ensure they have the tools and guidance needed to effectively leverage our solutions.
- You will evaluate and optimize fundraising initiatives by tracking and analyzing effectiveness and using insights to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Philanthropy Manager, Senior Philanthropy Manager, Fundraising Manager, or Trusts & Foundations Manager.
- Alternatively, at least 5 years of experience in positions like Fundraising Officer, Fundraising Lead, or Philanthropy Officer (or Lead).
- Background in one or more of the following sectors: Not-for-profit, charity, or I/NGOs; Social enterprise or corporate affairs/ESG within for-profit organizations; Experience in sectors related to global health, education, livelihoods, disability is highly desirable.
