Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Junior Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Surgo HR & Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the CSR Team Supervisor in managing a team of German-speaking CSRs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, with some supervisory or team lead experience preferred. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to support team members and manage escalated issues.
About the Role
- Assist the CSR Team Supervisor in leading the team of CSRs.
- Support daily operations and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Team Supervisor.
