Task management & scheduling:

  • Own the management of incoming tasks using Monday.com and other tools, ensuring clear prioritisation, well-defined briefs, and aligned deadlines.
  • Track task progress proactively, addressing delays or bottlenecks to keep the team on track without compromising quality.

Team support & resource allocation:

  • Act as the central point of contact for communications, asset management, & resource allocation across the team.
  • Proactively forecast resource needs and ensure the creative team is equipped with the tools, information, & support to achieve high-quality results.

Stakeholder communication & problem solving:

  • Lead daily and weekly huddles to align on project progress, resolve blockers, & maintain team productivity.
