Job Title: Field Marketing Representative

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a proactive Field Marketing Representative to support our client’s operations in Cape Town. The role involves organizing and participating in installer days, roadshows, and other customer engagement activities across the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct extensive travel throughout the Western Cape to engage with distributors and customers.
  2. Organize customer days, installer days, and roadshows, setting up events, and marketing our products and services.
  3. Establish meetings with customers, and manage event logistics, including the setup of gazebos and promotional materials.
  4. Drive business development through relationship-building and effective customer engagement.
  5. Focus on marketing initiatives rather than direct selling, ensuring strong brand presence and product awareness.
  6. Manage company-provided vehicles, laptop, and cell phone.

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • 3 + years experience in sales and marketing, particularly in customer engagement roles
  • Solid understanding of solar systems and related technologies
