Affiliate Program Specialist Opportunity in Cape Town

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Specialist to join our team at Initiate International in Cape Town.

As a key member of our affiliate marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective affiliate marketing strategies to attract and retain top-tier affiliates. Your primary goal will be to expand our network by identifying and onboarding new affiliates through targeted outreach and networking.

You will negotiate and oversee affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs while cultivating strong relationships with affiliates. We expect you to provide ongoing support and communication to ensure their success.

Your responsibilities will also include equipping affiliates with promotional materials and resources to enhance their marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with affiliates to optimize campaign performance and drive maximum ROI.

In addition, you will monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. You will implement strategies to improve conversion rates, retention, and player lifetime value.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the online gaming or betting industry. Familiarity with South African gambling regulations is considered a valuable asset.

The salary for this role is approximately R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
