  2. Minimise and manage potential channel conflict, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with company goals.
  3. Develop and implement processes to measure, track, and report account performance, ensuring focus on key performance indicators and trends.
  4. Provide market insights and updates to Sales and Management, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  5. Penetrate competitor markets, identifying new opportunities and driving sales expansion.
  6. Analyse market potentials, track sales, and submit status reports to inform business strategies.
  7. Meet and exceed sales budgets, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and business acumen.
Requirements
  • Technical qualification and/or 3 years experience in a technical field.
  • Valid un-endorsed driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with strong negotiation skills.
Benefits

R15,000 basic salary, R8,500 car allowance, fuel card for business use, provident fund, and uncapped commission.
