Business Development Consultant

Mukuru is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, upselling and cross-selling products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Mukuru's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Ability to understand and speak English and Ndebele or Shona.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
