Role Overview:

The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role within our consulting team, assisting external clients in merging the dimensions of personnel, processes, and technology to co-create the future of the HR function.

We support our clients as they adjust their priorities to thrive in a "new normal" and rethink their operational frameworks in a digital landscape.

This position focuses on our Digital HR Transformation (HRT) offerings.

We seek a Senior Manager to spearhead our Digital HR Transformation initiatives and foster the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their needs as they tackle complex business challenges in areas such as:
    • Change Management and Organizational Culture
    • Organizational Design and Development
    • HR Technology Strategy and Roadmap
    • HR Operating Model Design
    • Realizing HR Technology Value
    • HR Analytics
    • Deployment of HCM or Employee Experience Platforms
    • HR Transformation
    • Workforce Intelligence and Optimization

Expand and nurture the existing client portfolio, focusing on identifying opportunities within the People & Change service line, as well as other business units and advisory services.

Identify potential clients and pursue opportunities to enhance the People and Change business.

Deliver projects as part of multidisciplinary client engagement teams, adhering to firm policies and standards.

Act as a project manager for medium to large-scale projects with moderate complexity, assisting clients in developing agile people and change functions.

Ensure effective project management and delivery within budget to meet revenue and profit targets.

Engage in business development initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships and networks to support business objectives.

Provide relevant technical expertise, coaching, feedback, and training to team members to facilitate their personal and professional growth.

Participate in internal firm initiatives as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant Master's degree
  • At least 8 years of consulting experience or 5 years of management experience in delivering HR consulting services, with specific expertise in leading medium to large digital HR transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading projects that support clients in their future HR needs, utilizing cloud HR solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft.
  • Registration or membership with recognized professional bodies.
