We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the national and key account managers, coordinating and organizing all critical functions linked to service level agreements within the Link channel.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in customer care and relationship building. As a Key Accounts Coordinator III (Link) - Coastal, you will report into the Key Account Manager and work closely with customers to resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for compiling daily stock reports, managing inventory levels, and generating reports as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years' experience in areas of customer care preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical/retail/healthcare. You will also need to have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and respond to requests timeously. A post-matric certificate or qualification in administration/customer care is desirable.
