We're seeking a skilled German Speaking Service Delivery Support Associate to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as the first point of contact for our German customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and using a variety of tools to navigate and review solutions in real-time.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our German customers
  • Facilitating the flow of information between delivery stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively with our customers
  • Gathering intelligence to prevent any potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly driven and articulate individual with strong communication skills in German (both written and oral fluency). You'll have a minimum of 1 year's experience in an inbound Customer Service associate role, preferably in a BPO or contact center supporting phone calls.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in South Africa
  • Completed an NQF Level 4 qualification or a Grade 12 qualification or higher
  • Strong communication skills in German (both written and oral fluency)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday operating within 24 hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
