About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Persona Staff. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of engineering projects.

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineering team, including organizing documentation, generating reports, and coordinating project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain engineering documentation, technical reports, and other relevant files.
  • Generate regular reports on project status, budget utilization, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to engineers, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis, providing insights to support decision-making within the engineering department.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for projects.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure everyone is updated on project progress and developments.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with engineering concepts and manufacturing processes is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to focus on various administrative tasks.
  • Able to stay updated on industry trends, manufacturing technologies, and administrative best practice.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
