We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Principal IT Trainer Manager. This position requires a B-Degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience in IT training or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business training needs, designing effective training materials, and delivering impactful training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business training needs to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training interventions.
  • Design and develop training materials tailored to the productivity tools used within the business, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and easy to understand.
  • Create and implement competency-based assessments to evaluate participant skills and progress, providing valuable feedback to support continuous learning and development.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer, address any training-related challenges, and provide ongoing support to delegates.
  • Track and evaluate delegate feedback to continuously improve training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide technical support to users, addressing issues and queries related to IT systems and tools, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Collaborate with project and change management teams to develop and deliver training programs that support business objectives, driving employee engagement and productivity.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in information technology and training practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform training design and delivery.


Requirements:
  • B-Degree in a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT training or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to analyze business training needs, design effective training materials, and deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Experience in developing competency-based assessments and tracking training outcomes.
  • Strong technical support skills and familiarity with productivity tools.
  • Able to support project and change management initiatives through training.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of new IT and training trends.
