About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating on advertising solutions, and working closely with the Head of Sales to implement strategic advertising sales plans.

  • A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous
  • Strong understanding of technology and the digital services industry
  • Strong working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of our advertising products and services. They will also be able to prepare and deliver compelling briefs for agencies to execute and manage and oversee agencies within their portfolio.

  • Meet and exceed set revenue targets and maximize revenue inflow
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate the ROI of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
