About the Role

This is a critical role that involves providing support to our Debtors Manager and Controller, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily client and supplier remittance allocations, assisting with bi-monthly and yearly audits, and providing backup support to our Invoicing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and support for Debtors Manager and Controller
  • Daily Client and Supplier remittance allocations
  • Assisting with bi-monthly and yearly audits
  • Back up / support to Invoicing Team
  • Liaising daily with clients regarding outstanding/receipts
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly statements / reports to clients
  • Follow up and assist in solving client queries
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Daily balances sharing
  • Assist in managing client limits and terms
  • Assist with Client Limit Insurance
  • Assist with correspondence with Bank and Brokers regarding client insurance
  • Assist with AA management
  • Assisting with Intercompany recoveries and confirmations
  • Liaising with internal operations teams regarding volumes and payments

The salary range for this position is approximately R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you have a strong background in accounting and collections, and are proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, we encourage you to apply.
