Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong knowledge of debtors and accounting, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, managing outstanding customer balances, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Payment Resolution: Effectively resolve payment issues and discrepancies, maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
  • Balance Management: Manage outstanding customer balances, ensuring accurate records and efficient collections.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of debtors and accounting principles, including financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This role also provides opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to work 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
