About the Role

As a Client Service Consultant with MMI Holdings Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients in Bloemfontein. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring that all client requests are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Delivery: Render a high level of service to clients, processing administrative tasks according to agreed standards and turnaround times.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients in a client-centric manner to improve client retention and repeat business opportunities.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately capture client information on relevant systems and ensure accurate completion of documentation as per service level agreements.
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Resolve client queries and follow up to ensure queries are resolved timeously and effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to the development of client service standards.
Requirements
  • Matric or Equivalent: A minimum of a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Client Service Experience: 2-3 years of experience in client service administration, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial services and products.
