Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilitator to join our team at Procera. In this role, you will be responsible for leading workshops, meetings, and training interventions that drive results and promote a positive learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitation, training, or a similar field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of diverse groups.
  2. Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees and external partners.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a facilitator, trainer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse groups and situations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools or technologies, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
