Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at The Recruiters in Montague Gardens. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and contributing to the success of our company.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar role, to grow their career and make a meaningful contribution to our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best solution unique to the clients requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client.
- Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to position as a leader in the market.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets for at least five years.
- Ability to sell a high-value product
- A passion for sales, a customer-focused mindset.
- Results-driven, agile, and adaptable.
- Experience managing multiple sales projects simultaneously and delivering timely sales targets. Minimum target of 3 sales per month is required.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Highly structured and organized, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work from the office in Montague Gardens - 08:00 17:00.
- Business language: English and Afrikaans. Any other national language will be a bonus.
- The successful candidate must also be willing to travel and be away from their family for short periods. One week per month may be spent in outlying areas such as Eastern Cape KwaZulu Natal or Namibia.
- South African Citizen.
- Drivers License with own reliable transport.
- Construction/property knowledge advantageous
- People orientate working with hight-end clients

Package Includes
- Use of company laptop.
- Use of company cell phone.
- Company credit card will be provided for business expenses only.
- All travel done for work purposes to be recorded in a logbook, to be submitted monthly and paid at SARS rates, with monthly salary.
- No pension or medical aid salary is a 100% cash component.
- 18 days leave.
