Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist role at SYSPRO is a critical position that plays a key part in driving revenue and cost optimization. This role is responsible for analyzing and improving global sales processes and tools to influence the strategic framework set out by the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure global sales optimization across business units and central, evaluating technologies and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Implement global sales methodologies and processes throughout the business.
  • Align global sales processes within sales tools to remove inefficiencies within the global BI systems.
  • Integrate and modernize sales tools within the sales process to increase automation.
  • Ensure data management from systems contributes to global performance reporting requirements.
  • Work together with internal IT committees to ensure sales technology is managed and maintained.
  • Track and monitor global performance measures, including tracking and reporting on project statuses, global Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management.
Requirements:
  • BCom Degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within finance, commercial, engineering, or business operations.
  • Business Acumen, Data Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, CRM, and Communication skills.
