About the Role

The Junior Business Development Finder will be responsible for identifying and procuring new business opportunities to foster organizational growth. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can engage with potential clients, comprehend their needs, and propose suitable solutions.

This position is crucial for expanding our client base and supporting the overarching business development strategy.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Research prospective clients and business opportunities.
  2. Establish relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align objectives and strategies.
  4. Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
