We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Clerk to join our team in Port Elizabeth.

About the Role

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide general administrative support to Senior Account Administrators, ensuring seamless operations and efficient task management.

Responsibilities
  • Process large volumes of paperwork, including electronic submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional telephonic communication skills, effectively handling inquiries and requests from various stakeholders.
  • Assist in adapting to changes in daily routines on short notice, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Maintain computer literacy, utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel) for document preparation and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Familiarity with medical administration will be advantageous.
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of R180,000 - R220,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
