Sagen Advisory, based in Somerset West, is seeking an experienced Comptroller and Administrative Coordinator. This role will suit an individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience, preferably using Xero, and a certificate or degree in accounting or finance would be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities include capturing bank statements, reconciling accounts, preparing customer invoices, and maintaining inventory levels. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support, manage the office, and handle various tasks such as ordering supplies and communicating with suppliers and customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of R180,000 to R300,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Training will be provided by our company and its accounting firm, and the incumbent will work closely with these parties.
