Senior Change Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager with a strong background in ITIL Change Management processes to join our dynamic team at DLK Group (PTY) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the IT Change Management process, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards and best practices.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all change activities across IT services and systems, minimizing risk and disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure proper risk assessments and impact analysis are conducted for proposed changes, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of changes, driving effective change management within the organization.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of the change management process, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance the overall IT service delivery.
Requirements
  • National Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or ITIL Practitioner Level Certification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Change Management, with relevant Change Management ITIL certification and proven experience in managing IT changes.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and change control processes, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills and Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL Change Management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple changes in a fast-paced IT environment, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and impact effectively, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
