Job Title: Senior IT Change Manager

Job Summary:
DLK Group (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL Change Management processes and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the IT Change Management process, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all change activities across IT services and systems.
  • Ensure proper risk assessments and impact analysis are conducted for proposed changes.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure all changes are reviewed and approved.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of the change management process, including identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure changes are documented and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimize service disruptions and incidents caused by poorly managed changes.


Requirements:
  • National Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or ITIL Practitioner Level Certification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Change Management.
  • Relevant Change Management ITIL certification and proven experience in managing IT changes.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and change control processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple changes in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
