Sales Development Representative

As a Technical Sales Representative with Neoc_People, you will be responsible for growing a new territory of clients and managing, securing, and maintaining relationships with farmers. You will achieve targets set by management, outline and achieve distribution and growth objectives/sales goals within a specific geographic area through effective management. You will introduce new products, promote improved distribution, and ensure promotional results. You will stay current on business/market conditions, intensively plan sales, recognize new opportunities within each account, and maintain necessary territory records.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a B.Com/B.Sc or equivalent qualification, reside in the area, and have an existing network of potential clients. You must also have knowledge of plant and animal nutrition, the agriculture industry, and MS Office proficiency.
Key Performance AreasYour key performance areas will include achieving required sales results, retention rate with existing customers, and reporting, including activity and visits reports.
