Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Sales, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Sales and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Assist with tracking sales metrics and preparing materials for sales meetings and reviews.
The Business Assistant will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Administrative Support to Head of SalesThe Business Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Sales, including:
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Acting as a liaison between the Head of Sales and external stakeholders
The Business Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of office facilities, including:
- Overseeing the maintenance and organization of office space
- Coordinating office maintenance, including liaising with vendors and contractors
- Managing office supplies inventory
The Business Assistant will assist with various additional duties, including:
- Organizing internal and external events
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Providing general support to other departments as needed
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software
