Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Sales, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Sales and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Assist with tracking sales metrics and preparing materials for sales meetings and reviews.

Administrative Support to Head of Sales

The Business Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Sales, including:

  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Acting as a liaison between the Head of Sales and external stakeholders
Facilities Management

The Business Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of office facilities, including:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and organization of office space
  • Coordinating office maintenance, including liaising with vendors and contractors
  • Managing office supplies inventory
Additional Duties

The Business Assistant will assist with various additional duties, including:

  • Organizing internal and external events
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Providing general support to other departments as needed
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software
