Administrative Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator Lead to provide exceptional administrative support to our Group Managing Director and his family. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. They will also be required to perform various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, filtering phone calls, and maintaining passwords and access information.
In addition to these duties, the Administrative Coordinator Lead will provide supervision, support, mentoring, and guidance for the MD's three daughters when he travels, as well as manage household services, schedules, and housekeeping duties in conjunction with household staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the MD's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Administrative & Communication Management: Draft correspondence, filter phone calls, maintain passwords and access information, and perform other administrative tasks.
- Family & Household Management: Provide supervision, support, mentoring, and guidance for the MD's three daughters when he travels, manage household services, schedules, and housekeeping duties in conjunction with household staff.
