If youre a born administrator with strong attention to detail, this is the place for you What Youll Do: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, assisting the Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Solutions Architects, and Key Account Managers (KAM) to ensure the smooth running of the sales department. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders while providing invaluable support to the entire team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing key sales data and reporting through Salesforce Assisting with project management and administrative tasks Maintaining clear filing systems and schedules Engaging with clients to provide updates and ensure seamless communication Preferred Experience & Skills: To excel in this role, youll bring a wealth of experience in the following areas: Salesforce Expertise: Advanced-level knowledge and training in Salesforce (non-negotiable). Administrative Excellence: At least 5 years experience in sales administration, handling detailed reports, managing client data, and maintaining impeccable records. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting errors in formatting, spelling, and grammar in documentation. Project Management: Exposure to environments where planning, prioritisation, and multitasking were essential. Microsoft Office Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
