About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to join our team and drive sales success for a renowned automotive brand.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and cultivating strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  2. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  4. Negotiate and close deals through skilled negotiation and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar automotive sales management role (advantageous).
  2. A valid Code 8 driver's license.
  3. A Matric or higher qualification.
  4. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  5. Experience in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
  6. Strong customer relationship management skills.
  7. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  8. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to excellence.
