Job Description

The Strategic Business Leader will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in the SME segment
  • Leveraging market research and customer insights to design compelling propositions that meet customer needs
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to define channels to market and design campaigns to drive demand
  • Collaborating with industry vertical leads and teams to unlock growth in scaling industries and strategic accounts
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a postgraduate degree or diploma an advantage
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in B2B Product Management, Client Value Management or Segment marketing
  • ICT or financial services experience essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
