Key Responsibilities- Furnish prompt support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate assistance.
- Manage multiple customer interactions concurrently while upholding high service levels.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout customer interactions.
- 2-year minimum experience in customer care
- Matric certification
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
