Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Operations Manager to join our team at O'Brien Recruitment. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for minimizing credit risk and overseeing cash inflows to maintain the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Risk Management: Approve purchase orders, trading term credit notes, and master data reports to ensure compliance with the VAT Act and company standards.
  • Master Data Management: Review and approve customer credit limits in line with the organization's debtor policy.
  • Query Management: Handle escalated queries promptly and professionally, collaborating with sales and customer management teams to resolve issues.
  • Reporting: Manage age analysis reconciliations, agent commission calculations, weekly cash flow reviews, and month-end processing. Provide accurate and timely reports, including debtor reports, insurance reconciliations, and CGIC management.
  • People Management: Lead and motivate the team, set development goals, manage performance, and oversee special projects to foster growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BCom or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proven team management experience.
    • Strong communication abilities.
    • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Systematic approach to working under pressure.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office tools.
Estimated Salary

Ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
