  1. Contribute to the development of strategic plans as part of our Brand Leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and innovation.
  2. Maintain a clear focus on our strategic blueprint by setting specific, measurable goals. Regularly assess progress and adjust actions to ensure alignment with our overall objectives.
  3. Drive and be accountable for our retail business P&L, actively managing cost bases and optimising revenues.

You will work closely with our People and Finance teams to ensure accurate store and labour budgets, set clear targets for stores and retail leadership, and create a customer-centric experience that fosters loyalty and maximises sales opportunities.
